A Love Written in the Stars
Not a single moment of this wedding was conventional, from the initial appearance of Vee in her unique, deep burgundy dress to the time Dylan wore his kilt with pride – this wedding was all about them. The wedding was touching, the promises intimate, and the atmosphere charged. All those Star Wars references in the speeches had everyone laughing (and possibly even tearing up) when one of the speakers came right out and admitted to being raised in a Star Trek family. However, behind the fandoms and light-hearted rivalry, there was a manifestation of connection between two people who understood each other, weirdnesses and all. It was a warm, truthful, playfully dorky, and very romantic day. There was a rustic barn to lightsaber-worthy romance, and it was like a marriage of galaxies, families, and kindred spirits. This was not just any wedding. It was a universe of its own, designed to be two.
